Dr Thomas’ staff can be reached at 757-962-1206 for most of your concerns and requests. For urgent problems that arise when the office is closed you will be able to reach Dr Thomas on his cell phone. If he is exercising or at church and the call goes to voicemail, he will call back as soon as he is able.

Dr Heiby and Dr Duguay’s staff can be reached at 757-309-4081. You will be able to reach them directly after hours.
